In a visit paid to ZİÇEV Mr. Erkan spent some time with the mentally handicapped children for whom the foundation makes effort to create a life. Reminding the fact that there is also need for civil support so as to prevent the exclusion of disadvantaged children and youth from life in Turkey, Mr. Erkan said “We should not think that our disadvantaged citizens are solely under the social responsibility of the state. It is our belief that each of us should take on responsibility to do whatever we are able to do”.
