The Dynamics Project Management Congress is organized annually by the Istanbul Project Management Association (IPYD, www.ipyd.org) with the goal of bringing project managers and those who are interested in project management together to share their knowledge and experiences and to showcase project management successes in their fields.

Dynamics 2012, 13th International Project Management Congress was held on 6 – 7 April 2012 with a theme “A Spectrum of Solutions in Project Management”.  Levent Erkan’s speech topic was “Project Management in the Implementation of Social and Technical programs in EU Projects.”
