The Dynamics Project Management Congress is organized annually by the Istanbul Project Management Association. The goal of the Congress is to bring project managers and those who are interested in project management together to share their knowledge and experiences.

The theme of the 11th International Project Management Congress, Dynamics 2010 was “Lessons Learnt”. The congress was held on 2-3 April 2010, Levent Erkan made a speech on the second day of the Congress. The topic of his speech was “A Good Example for an EU Funded Project:  Promotion of the Civil Society Dialogue between the EU and Turkey Project”
